A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be settled in full before or on the event date. Please note that late payments may result in the automatic cancellation of your service.
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice, subject to our current availability. Please refer to your specific contract for detailed cancellation timelines and associated fees.
Clients must provide adequate space, reliable power, and a safe environment for our team and equipment. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the equipment by event guests.

We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Vivid Memories LLC is not liable for indirect damages, event disruptions, or loss of data resulting from equipment malfunction.
This agreement covers extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent service delivery. In such cases, liability is limited to the rescheduling of services or refund of the balance paid.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this state.
