Typically, we require a 10' x 10' area with a minimum 8' ceiling clearance. For 360 Video Booths, we recommend a 12' x 12' area for safety and optimal movement.
We need one dedicated 15-20 amp circuit within 50 feet of the setup area. Our equipment is high-performance and requires stable power.
Our team arrives 90-120 minutes prior to the activation start time. This is included in our service and is not billed as part of your active hours.
Cancellations made 60+ days prior receive a full refund minus the initial deposit. Within 30 days, credit may be applied to a future date.
